Customer Licensing | Agreement and Affirmation

By purchasing from SKATER STUDIOS, you automatically agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies apply whether or not you have read or seen this agreement, and take effect immediately upon purchase.

A. Agreement to Terms

1. This agreement is legally binding from the moment a purchase is made, regardless of whether the Buyer has read these terms.
2. The Buyer acknowledges that all purchases from SKATER STUDIOS are subject to the following conditions.

B. Usage and Restrictions

1. The Buyer may not leak, resell, distribute, trade, or give away the purchased item unless they have obtained explicit reselling rights from Skater Studios.
2. The Buyer agrees to use the purchased products only for their intended purpose, such as game development, and not for unauthorized redistribution.
3. The Buyer acknowledges that all products are resold assets and are priced accordingly.

C. No Refunds & Chargebacks

1. All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided after a purchase is made.
2. The Buyer may not issue a chargeback, dispute, or reversal through their bank, PayPal, or any other payment service.
3. Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or dispute will result in a permanent blacklist from purchasing from Skater Studios and affiliated platforms.

D. Buyer Responsibility

1. The Buyer is responsible for reviewing product descriptions before purchasing and acknowledges that they fully understand what they are buying.
2. The Buyer agrees that products are sold as-is, with accurate descriptions, and claims of misunderstanding will not be a valid reason for a refund.
3. Failure to read this policy does not exempt the Buyer from these terms. By purchasing, the Buyer agrees that they are bound by this agreement, regardless of whether they have read it.

E. Policy Enforcement

1. Violation of these terms may result in account termination and a permanent blacklist from all Skater Studios platforms.
2. This policy applies across all platforms where Skater Studios sells products.
3. This contract is subject to change without prior notice, but all purchases remain bound by the terms at the time of purchase.

By purchasing from Skater Studios, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you have not read them, you are still bound by this agreement.
